Dr. Kress has a unique ability to engage with and inspire her audiences. She recently helped us plan, and then led a full-day planning session for our local United Way. Attendees included leaders from our community in the fields of education, social services, and business.  Although each of them represented a specific point of view, Manuela was able to identify common interests and lead the group to consensus on a number of issues. As a result, the participants are continuing to work together collaboratively to find solutions to complex problems that require shared information and experience.
